I never realized how all the things my Mom has taught me growing up about what to do with summer produce would come back around like they have for me. It truly is a biblical thing to seed, sow, and harvest....
In the next few weeks, Mom and I will be taking on the freezing of corn, canning of spaghetti sauce, our first attempt at making homemade sauerkraut, making jellies (check), freezing and picking berries....and I am LOVING every minute of it....
