All of my siblings are big dog lovers. In fact, Brian and Danielle so much so that they adopted Maverick when they were in college. Mav was their "out of wedlock" child. (ha!)
We pretty much spoil our puppy kids. Take them most everywhere we go. They come to family outings when they can. Sleep with us. And get treats way more than they should. Needless to say, they are all spoiled rotten. And they all love being together.
Maverick, Mazie, and Roxy were all adopted through the Humane Society. Something else we all feel very strongly about. The need to adopt mutts. I am still convinced they make the best companions. They somehow understand that they were "rescued".
